Eclair Cake

This dessert is super easy and my favorite. It has a frosting recipe that goes with it but it never turns out right for me. So now I just buy a can of chocolate frosting. It makes it even easier.

2 small boxes of French Vanilla Instant pudding
8 oz container of Cool Whip, thawed
1 box of graham crackers
1 container of chocolate frosting
3 cups cold milk

Mix both packages of pudding with the milk and stir until completely dissolved. Using a wire whisk, add in the Cool Whip.

In a 9 x 13 pan, layer the following ingredients:
  • Graham crackers
  • Pudding
  • Graham crackers
  • Pudding
  • Graham crackers
Spread the chocolate frosting on top. Allow to sit in the refrigerator over night or at least a few hours before serving.
