White chair rail and then the same yellow on the bottom. The yellow looks creamer next to the green tape, so I am hoping the my green bedding, dark furniture, and future green deocrations have the same effect. Even if they don't, I am not repainting that! I think having the tan still visible on the bottom throws off what the yellow will end up looking like also. I guess we will see!
