White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

You can also find this recipe on the back the Ghiradelli White Chocolate Chip package.

1 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs, room temperature
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups chopped macadamia nuts

Preheat the oven to 350.

Cream the butter and sugars until fluffy. Add the vanilla and eggs, one egg at a time, and beat well.

Blend in flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir in white chips aand macadamia nuts.

Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.

*This recipe is easy to cut in half if you want to make less. The measurements above spilt evenly so you don't have to guess with your measure cups/spoons.
