Cookie Press

Wish me luck. I am tackling some spritz cookies on Thursday.

I got this cookie press a couple years ago and have the hardest time with it. Either the dough is too soft, or too hard, or won't stick to the cookie sheet. But I have Thursday off and I think Colin and I are going to crank up the Christmas music and attempt to bake up a batch of these bad boys. If the recipe I found is any good, you will see it posted here soon. If these fail, I think I will make a batch of snickerdoodles. I know Santa will enjoy them.
